Tom is a co-founder of Mac Fitness and is an IFBB Mens Physique Pro Athlete and coach. 

Tom has trained for over 10 years and enjoys hypertrophy style training for progression in both physical and mental aspects.

Tom loves helping others better themselves and sharing his passion and love for bodybuilding through living a balanced lifestyle.
